Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at fiablehome.com. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we Fiable Brands Private Limited invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds. The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.
Period of Return / Exchange:
- We offer 7 days returns / exchange on our products from the date of delivery of the product.
Return Policy:
We will accept return request based on following conditions:
- Product purchased from fiablehome.com only.
- Product return accepted only if there are manufacturing defects or damages to the product during transit.
- Product must be in unused condition and in perfect resalable condition.
- The product must be in its original packaging along with all the contents inside the packaging.
- Product must not be personalised / customized / engraved.
Exclusions (Following products will not be returned / exchanged)
- Personalised / customized / engraved products.
- Products purchased on websites / apps other than fiablehome.com
Refunds / Exchange Policy:
- Once the return request is accepted by our support team, subject to the returns policy, you can opt for either refund of order amount or exchange for another product of same amount.
- If you opt for refund - Refund will be issued to the payment mode used at the time of purchase within 3 working days after the product is received back by us in perfect condition.
- If you opt for exchange - you can exchange for same or another product of the same value / price.
Cancellation Policy:
- In case you change your mind after placing your order, you can request for order cancellation until your order has been shipped / dispatched by us.
- If your order has been already shipped / dispatched by us, we will not be able to accept any cancellation request. In this case you have the option to return the product once delivered, subject to our return policy.
- Order for personalised products cannot be cancelled once placed as the processing starts immediately.
- Please contact our customer support with your cancellation request.
Process of Returns / Exchange / Refunds:
- Contact our support via support@fiablehomecom or via our contact us page and raise a return / exchange request.
- Our support will verify / review order details and product condition and may ask you to share product photos and/or videos to do the same.
- Returns request is accepted by our support, subject to the return policy.
- Once we receive the product back at our address, we will process your refund or exchange as per the option selected by you.
