We stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial household use for most FiABLE products for 1 year. In the rare instance that any of our products have a manufacturing defect, we will replace the defective part if claim is approved.

  • Share complete details about the order, place or purchase and defect or problem in the product along with clear and full picture and video of the product showing the logo (if available)
  • Our team shall verify and investigate the defect/issue and if its due to any manufacturing defect, it shall be approved for a claim.
  • Exclusions of waranty: This warranty does not cover damage or changes resulting from misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or commercial use. Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, which includes but is not limited to:
    • Slight loosening of hinges, springs, or locking mechanisms over time.
    • Minor cosmetic changes, such as scratches, discoloration, or fading of silicone parts due to heat, spices, or dishwasher use.
    • Natural adjustments in alignment: Moving parts (like the arms of kitchen tongs) may develop a slight gap or shift over time with regular squeezing and heat exposure. As long as the product retains its core functionality (e.g., safely gripping and lifting food), this is considered standard wear and tear and is not eligible for a replacement.
  • Only the defective part/product in the set shall be replaced and not the full set. No refund can be provided.
  • For any customised products, replacement will not include customisation. If thats required, it shall be borne by customer additionally.
